RULES OF POLISH CONTEST 2012
Polish AT Contest and European Football Championship activation rules:

1) Participants
All the stations in the world (AT and non AT) are invited to participate. The participants will divide themselves in 3 different categories:
A Category - Polish AT members
B Category - AT and non AT contest participants
C Category - AT and non AT 161AT/EFC-xx station(s) participants

Stations not willing to participate in contest (C Category) can still contact 161AT/EFC2012 Event Station to obtain QSL card and/or work with at least 10 161AT/EFC-xx stations to get European Football Championship 2012 diploma.

2) Modes and Frequencies
All contacts made in all modes within the frequency ranging 27405 to 27495 and 27605 to 27855 will be considered as valid.

3) Date and duration
Contest (dedicated to European Football Championship):
First part from 16.06.2012 12:00 GMT till 17.06.2012 12:00 GMT
Second part from 30.06.2012 12:00 GMT till 1.07.2012 12:00 GMT

Special Station 161AT/EFC2012
Active irregularly from 8.06.2012 till 1.07.2012
Confirmed by special 2012 European Football Championship QSL card (voluntary contribution, SAE required).

Special Stations 161AT/EFC-xx
Active irregularly from 8.06.2012 till 1.07.2012
Contacts with ten or more 161AT/EFC-xx stations will be awarder by European Football Championship diploma.
Following stations will be active:
161AT/EFC-A1 - Poland
161AT/EFC-A2 - Greece
161AT/EFC-A3 - Russia
161AT/EFC-A4 - Czech Republic
161AT/EFC-B1 - Netherlands
161AT/EFC-B2 - Denmark
161AT/EFC-B3 - Germany
161AT/EFC-B4 - Portugal
161AT/EFC-C1 - Spain
161AT/EFC-C2 - Italy
161AT/EFC-C3 - Republic of Ireland
161AT/EFC-C4 - Croatia
161AT/EFC-D1 - Ukraine
161AT/EFC-D2 - Sweden
161AT/EFC-D3 - France
161AT/EFC-D4 - England

4) Objectives and Score
Polish stations (A Category) objective will be to contact the biggest quantity of participant stations; while the stations of the rest of the world (B Category) must contact the biggest quantity of 161AT stations. The score of each participant will be calculated as it follows:

A Category (Polish AT stations)
15 points for each continent
10 points for each country
2 points for each valid contact between 161 and any other division
1 point for each valid contact within 161 division

B Category
10 points for each contact with 161AT/EFC2012 station (only contacts made during contest dates will be counted)
1 point for each valid contact with 161AT station

C Category
C category objectives are:
1. To contact with 161AT/EFC2012 to get special European Football Championship 2012 QSL card (voluntary contribution, SAE required)
2. To contact at least 10 (ten) 161AT/EFC-xx stations between 8.6.2012 and 01.07.2012 to get European Football Championship 2012 diploma (free of charge)

A & B Categories: the same station can be worked twice; during the first and second parts of contest.
C Category: only one contact with the same station will be counted.

Contacts will be considered valid if found in other party log (QSL cards not required).

5) Log
A & B Categories logs must contain: callsign, date&time, RST and prog# both given and received.
C Category station (applying for diploma) logs must contain: callsign, date&time, RST and prog# received.
The final result will be calculated on base of your personal logs.
Logs should be sent before 01.08.2012 Final result will be available two months later.

6) Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded:
A Category; 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
B Category; 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
C Category; European Football Championship 2012 diploma if contacted with 10 (ten) or more 161AT/EFC-xx stations

REGULAMIN POLSKIEGO KONTESTU 2012

1) Uczestnicy
Wszystkie stacje (AT i nie AT) ze świata są zaproszone do udziału. Uczestnicy dzielą się na 3 (trzy) kategorie:
Kategoria A - Polscy członkowie AT
Kategoria B - stacje AT oraz nie AT uczestnicy kontestu
Kategoria C - pozostałe stacje

Stacje nie zainteresowane uczestnictwem w kontescie (Kategoria C) mogą kontaktować się ze Stacją Okolicznościową 161AT/EFC2012 żeby otrzymać okolicznościową kartę QSL oraz/lub kontaktować się ze stacjami 161AT/EFC-xx , żeby otrzymać dyplom European Football Championship 2012.

2) Częstotliwości
Zaliczane będą łączności w zakresie częstotliwości 27.405 do 27.495 oraz 27.605 do 27.855.

3) Daty i czas trwania
Kontest (dedykowany European Football Championship):
Pierwsza część od 16.06.2012 12:00 GMT do 17.06.2012 12:00 GMT
Druga część od 30.06.2012 12:00 GMT do 1.07.2012 12:00 GMT

Stacja Okolicznościowa 161AT/EFC2012
Aktywna nieregularnie od 8.06.2012 do 1.07.2012
Łączności potwierdzanie okolicznościową kartą QSL European Football Championship 2012 (mile widziana kontrybucja, wymagane SAE).

Stacja Okolicznościowe 161AT/EFC-xx
Aktywne nieregularnie od 8.06.2012 do 1.07.2012
Łączności z minimum 10cioma stacjami 161AT/EFC-xx będą nagradzane okolicznościowym dyplomem.
Aktywne będą następujące stacje:
161AT/EFC-A1 - Polska
161AT/EFC-A2 - Grecja
161AT/EFC-A3 - Rosja
161AT/EFC-A4 - Czechy
161AT/EFC-B1 - Holandia
161AT/EFC-B2 - Dania
161AT/EFC-B3 - Niemcy
161AT/EFC-B4 - Portugalia
161AT/EFC-C1 - Hiszpania
161AT/EFC-C2 - Włochy
161AT/EFC-C3 - Irlandia
161AT/EFC-C4 - Chorwacja
161AT/EFC-D1 - Ukraina
161AT/EFC-D2 - Szwecja
161AT/EFC-D3 - Francja

4) Cele i punktacja
Cel dla stacji polskich (Kategoria A) to wykonanie jak największej liczby łączności z uczestnikami kontestu. Dla pozostałych uczestników konstestu (Kategoria B) cel to wykonanie jak największej liczby łączności ze stacjami 161AT.
Punktacja w poszczególnych kategoriach będzie obliczana jak poniżej:

Kategoria A (Polskie stacje AT)
15 punktów za każdy kontynent
10 punktów za każdy dywizjon
2 punkty za każdą łączność ze stacją zagraniczną
1 punkt za każdą łączność krajową

Kategoria B
10 punktów za każdą łączność ze stacją specjalną 161AT/EFC2012 (zaliczane będą łączności tylko w trakcie trwania kontestu)
1 punkt za każdą łączność z polską stacją 161AT

Kategoria C
Cele dla stacji to:
1. Nawiązać łączność ze stacją specjalną 161AT/EFC2012 żeby otrzymać okolicznościową kartę QSL European Football Championship 2012 (mile widziana kontrybucja, wymagane SAE)
2. Nawiązać łączności z minimum 10 (dziesięcioma) stacjami 161AT/EFC-xx pomiędzy 8.06.2012 i 1.07.2012, żeby otrzymać dyplom European Football Championship 2012 (dyplom darmowy)

Kategorie A i B mogą wykonywać łączności z tymi stacjami podczas trwania pierwszej i drugiej tury kontestu.
Kategoria C może nawiązać łączność z daną stacją 161AT/EFC-xx tylko raz.

Do punktacji zaliczane będą łączności potwierdzone logiem korespondenta (karty QSL nie wymagane).

5) Log
Dla Kategorii A i B log musi zawierać:: znak wywoławczy, datę i czas, raport RS oraz prog. wysłany i odebrany.
Log dla Kategorii C musi zawierać: znak wywoławczy, datę i czas, raport RS oraz prog. odebrany.
Ostateczne rezultaty będą obliczone na podstawie nadesłanych logów.
Logi muszą być dostarczone do 01.08.2012 Ostateczne wyniki będą ogłoszone dwa miesiące później.

6) Nagrody
Będą przyznane następujące nagrody:
Kategoria A: za 1, 2 oraz 3 miejsce
Kategoria B: za 1, 2 oraz 3 miejsce.
Kategoria C: Dyplomy European Football Championship 2012 otrzymają stacje które nawiązały łączność z co najmniej 10 stacjami 161AT/EFC-xx
